Online shop terms

Taxes, customs and duties

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We also deliver internationally and we are  not liable for any taxes, customs or import duties which may be incurred once the item reaches its destination country. These costs are your responsibility. We are not liable in any instance where an item does not reach its international delivery destination, due to your  failure to pay any necessary taxes, customs and duties.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
