Sat 17 & Sun 18 Aug, 2024
10.30am - 4pm
Tautai, Level 1, 300 Karangahape Rd, Auckland 1010
‘Āpi’i Raranga Kete was a free, fully booked 2-day workshop designed for participants to learn how to make, complete and take home their very own kete. The workshop was led by experienced Moana creative, Teokotā’i Paitai.
“The practise of raranga kete can assist with well-being, as it encourages patience, humility and gratitude. Focus within this practise can bring ‘peace of mind’ and can melt away tension held within the body. It connects you to your past and your future, and grounds you in your present. Raranga Kete is your first step of a wonderful journey that you get to navigate.” - Teokotā’i Paitai
