FALE-SHIP 2020 ROUND UP

And just like that, our TAUTAI FALE-SHIP Home Residencies have come to an end.

This year we delivered 20x FALE-SHIP residencies every week showcasing the brilliance of our Te moana nui a Kiwa artists living in Aotearoa!

Enjoy this beautiful tribute as we honour and celebrate our artists, our ancestors and community of people who awhi and support us everyday!

Mālō ‘aupito to our INCREDIBLE artists who shared their sacred spaces with us, we look forward to following your journeys into 2021 and beyond! Fa’afetai tele lava to our extraordinary Q&A facilitators for sharing time and holding space in the digital Moana.
This project was created during the unprecedented nationwide lockdowns in Aotearoa. Our artists shared their creative practices through a week-long residency, responding to a period of global transformation through a localised lens. Experienced digitally but grounded in the physical, the TAUTAI FALE-SHIP Home Residencies place value on the everyday experiences of Moana artists operating in their own centres.
